The Infonistacrat brings you at least a half hour of new music every day. From great unknown bands to those more well known, we scour the internet looking for the best of the best so you don’t have to!

Free is great. I have a ton of great music from the internet on my iPod, music I have gotten from various sites. But I also follow up with my money when I can. By starting this site, I am using word of mouth to pass along the treasures I have found, but it is important to also support the artists. Going to shows, buying a shirt, etc. All that money goes to the artists. Buying a CD? Not so much. But it helps.

    Thanks for the compliment! I agree about music being the soundtrack of life. There are songs that I can listen to and immediately go back 20 years in time, and I can tell a specific place, feeling, experience.

    For instance, I found an album today on line that has never been released on CD, and probably never will be. But a fellow music lover converted the vinyl to digital, and it took me back to 1979 in an instant.
