THE EDGE OF THE 80′S, DAY 2

August 13th, 2008 · No Comments

The Edge of the 80’s is a 3 disc set, so obviously, you can expect one more day of the goodies from the 80’s. Me, well, seems that all this working is taking a little toll on me. I suffer from insomnia periodically, and it decided to kick in with a vengeance last night. I was wide awake at 4 am staring at the clock, not feeling the least bit like going back to sleep. So, I got up, and started to do a little work, and then played a little video game. Usually, the way it work is that about 6 am, I can get back to sleep, and catch another hour and a half before I need to get back up. But as much as I want to watch the Olympics, I gotta admit, I will probably be asleep by 9:30.

On the Olympic front, I’m slowly getting into it. The swimming stuff has been great, and I’ve been really into watching the diving (I can’t ANYONE would dive off that platform! I especially like watching the Chinese synchronized divers. Just amazing.). But I’m really waiting for the track and field events. That’s the good stuff. Cheers to the world!
