When they write the story of my life, 1982 will be the bestest chapter of them all. Except I don;t know who they are, and anyway, I doubt they would want to write that book anyway. But 1982 would still be a pretty decent chapter. I graduated from high school. I was in love, and sure it was gonna last forever (oops). I went to boot camp in Fort Knox, Ky (I was in the Army National Guard before I was in the Navy, so yeah, I went to boot camp twice). I bought an old piece of crap Camero, which I proceeded to burn the clutch out of immediately. And I figured out that I had no clue what I wanted to do with my life. Hows that for a year?
Musically, it was a lot better. Lots of great songs…punk, post punk, new wave, the underground…they were all in full swing, and the amount and variety of music was amazing. So I thought on this Friday, I would present some of the best, though may not the most popular. Enjoy, and go Buckeyes!

Yeah, Berlin was always one of my favs. I didn’t add them here mainly because I put them in a recent list, I think. Anyway, great suggestions, and yeah, I will definitely be covering Berlin again!

Micheal, guilty as charged. I do have an excuse though. Not a good one, but an excuse. First, I’m old, and it’s hard to remember everything I’ve listed. Well, not really, but it sounds good.
Secondly, the holidays were busy, and I sometimes I get lazy. Check out tomorrows post for some deepcut originals!

Mentally, I am still like 17. My wifes tells me I’m 44 now, my knees tell me I’m about 74.
No worries here, as long as your happy, I’m happy! Enjoy!
